Křivoklát Castle (throughout the year).The castle was already founded in the 11th century as a hunting-lodge. It is one of the oldest and most important castles in the Czech Republic. Castle became a royal residence. Being a small child the Charles IV was imprisioned here.  Edward Kelly - the Rudolfine alchemist was imprisoned here.  And later on it was used as a prison of the Fürstenberg family. Filipina Welser lived here with her husband from Habsburg dynasty, his name was Ferdinand of Tyrol.

At present time you can see a unique Gothic and late Gothic architecture with the Gothic Castle Chapel, the Royal Hall, the Library with 52.000 volumes, the Great Tower with hunting collection and other interesting places.
